Pat was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Solution Dynamics in November 2021. He was previously President of Solution Dynamics US and International businesses since joining the company in September 2019, driving record growth in revenue and profitability.

Before joining Solution Dynamics, Pat was an officer of Pitney Bowes Inc. and President of the Document Messaging Technologies division and the SMB core business in North America.

Pat is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with Bachelor of Finance and MBA degrees. He began his career at Deloitte where he became a Certified Public Accountant. He is a past board member of World Affairs Forum and past Chair of Electronic Document Scholarship Foundation. Pat is a named inventor on five patents. He resides in New York City with his wife Sue.

Suzanne is a proven software executive leader instrumental in growing a company from start-up to a global entity.  She has also led the transformative growth for businesses in NZ, Australia, UK, UAE, Oman, US and Japan, and been responsible for consolidating multiple finance functions into a center of excellence globally.

Suzanne has significant experience in stakeholder, shareholder and Board governance, understanding shareholder aspirations and the need for communicating a cohesive long-term strategy to galvanize support.

Jeff’s 25-year career spans business development and operational management in Financial Services, Digital Motor Vehicle Retailing, Business Process Outsourcing, and IT. Jeff ran Pitney Bowes’ NZ business before joining Datamail  (a division of NZ Post) and later buying into Dataprint, where he transformed the business, enjoying rapid growth through offering a range of digital solutions to the corporate sector, before successfully being acquired by NZX listed Freightways.

Jeff ‘s success comes from providing innovation, thought leadership, and taking active leadership,  coupled with an ability to create long standing relationships to achieve sustainable business success.

Brian’s career spans more than 38 years of sales and marketing leadership roles within Fortune 500 and startup firms. He has successfully built long-term relationships and provided services that increase revenue in both B2B and B2C markets.

As a solo entrepreneur, Brian brought in over $20 million in revenue while providing strategic and creative direction for hundreds of marketing campaigns.

In November 2024, he merged his 38 year old marketing agency- The GRI Marketing Group with Solution Dynamics to become their internal agency. He is now responsible for all marketing functions for SDL globally and increasing sales in the North American market segment.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

• Pioneered the marketing and sales of electronic mail to Fortune 500 firms before the internet existed with Western Union’s Easylink service and with a small start up email firm The Electronic Mail Corp. of America. Worked with major clients such as United Technologies, Union Carbide and Purdue Pharmaceutical.
• Founded The GRI Marketing Group, Inc. in 1986 as a direct marketing Agency. Brought in clients such as OpenText, The Hartford, Travelers Insurance, NY Life Insurance, Time Consumer Marketing, Pitney Bowes, Mastercard, and Citibank.
• In 2007, he received the DMCNY’s Silver Apple award –recognizing over 25 years of outstanding contributions to the New York direct marketing community.
• Served as a judge for the DMA’s Echo awards for 6 years.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree with honors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northeastern University.

An avid sports and music fan, Brian is passionate about football, baseball, golf, tennis, and guitar.

Rebecca brings over 10 years of dental industry expertise to her role as General Manager, with a proven track record of scaling customer success and sales operations. She has successfully launched and scaled new SaaS solutions from £0 to £15m+ ARR, demonstrating deep understanding of product development and market execution in healthcare technology.

Rebecca’s experience spans the complete customer lifecycle, having built customer success departments that drive retention whilst developing sales strategies for new market penetration. Her expertise in practice management solutions and patient engagement platforms positions her uniquely to understand operational challenges and translate them into technology solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
