Existing Business Manager
SDL Board Chair (Non-independent)
John has experience in the publishing, transport and software industries and was an equity analyst for over 18 years covering the telecommunications, media, industrials, gaming and transport sectors. He was also Head of Equities for an institutional broker, Managing Director of ASB Securities and now manages his own investment portfolio.
John is a non-independent director due to his association with Meta Capital Limited, the largest shareholder in Solution Dynamics. The Board believes that association aligns his interests well with those of Solution Dynamics’ shareholders’ interests. The Directors consider that John’s broad analytical and commercial experience, including as a director of other NZX-listed companies, along with his understanding of the Company's products, markets and strategy, mean that he is the right person to lead the Board.
John holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), an MBA, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a director of Wellington Drive Technologies Limited and a director of NZX Limited.
SDL Board - Director
Julian has a track record of building and leading successful technology companies, including NCR, ANZ and Terradata South Asia. His international sales and marketing experience, skills and personal network are vital to Solution Dynamics’s international marketing plans for growing revenue on a global scale.

Elmar Toime is an independent advisor in the postal and logistics sector. Elmar has held positions as chief executive of New Zealand Post Limited, executive deputy chairman of Royal Mail, chairman of GLS, a major European courier delivery service, and a member of the Deutsche Post DHL supervisory board. He is currently a non-executive director of Qatar Post and he has been a non-executive director of Solutions Dynamics Ltd since 2016.
He lives in London and has received a lifetime achievement award for leadership in the postal industry. Elmar holds qualifications in science and economics from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, Manufactures, and Science in the UK.

Andy’s executive roles have included Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ASX-Listed Spicers, a multinational merchant group offering products and services to the printing, signage, visual display, graphics and digital industries. He has multinational experience over 25 years in manufacturing, merchanting and wholesaling, originating in the UK packaging industry.
Andy was previously a non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Spicers and he is currently Chairman of Yellow Holdings Ltd and a partner in an equity fund that is the major shareholder in a portfolio of import and distribution businesses in New Zealand. Andy has a proven record of turning around businesses and delivering sustainable shareholder returns, along with experience managing acquisition and divestment activities globally.
Andy is the chair of the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee.

Lee’s executive roles have included General Manager Australia & NZ and NZ Country Manager of an IT services and consulting business, where she was employed for seven years. Prior to that she spent thirteen years at IBM NZ & Australia in a range of roles including Consulting Services, leading the company’s CRM practice, and business analytics and optimisation. Lee has a broad range of experience across the technology, consumer electronics and telecommunications sectors. Lee is currently a non-Executive Director of several private companies and small business owner and director in the Health and Housing sectors. Lee’s experience includes strategy and business transformation, sales performance and sales management, and applying technology to business and market challenges. She has a particular focus on organisational culture and building high performing teams.
Lee is a member of the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee.
Chief Executive Officer
Solution Dynamics Limited
Pat was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Solution Dynamics in November 2021. He was previously President of Solution Dynamics US and International businesses since joining the company in September 2019, driving record growth in revenue and profitability.
Before joining Solution Dynamics, Pat was an officer of Pitney Bowes Inc. and President of the Document Messaging Technologies division and the SMB core business in North America.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with Bachelor of Finance and MBA degrees. He began his career at Deloitte where he became a Certified Public Accountant. He is a past board member of World Affairs Forum and past Chair of Electronic Document Scholarship Foundation. Pat is a named inventor on five patents. He resides in New York City with his wife Sue.

General Manager Technology Solutions
After 14 years with a large international printing company as developer, IT Manager and Solutions Manager for Asia Pacific, Nick moved to Ford Motor. From there he moved to PMP and then joined Geon Group as CIO Australasia responsible for the Australasian IT division based in Sydney.
In 2006 he joined Bremy as GM NZ and was instrumental in its acquisition by Solution Dynamics.
Rather than being solely technology focused, Nick is business outcome focused. He effortlessly switches between deep technical discussions with IT teams to talking to non-technical leaders about how to solve their business problems and communication challenges.
Technology Solutions Manager
Hash is a software developer with over 25 years’ experience in everything from multinationals to start-ups, including developing, launching and running a network management system for a data communications company in Europe. His knowledge of business and operations management means he fully understands a client’s needs and can translate them into innovative and effective technical solutions.
Global Tech Support
David joined the Royal Air Force at the age of 16 as an electronics technician, ending his military service in 2006 as a Corporal. Building upon his leadership and management skill David spent the next 6 years leading a team of 11 network and system administrators for Serco, a global service provider, specialising in government contracts.
In 2012 David left England for sunny New Zealand and was employed by Solution Dynamics as an Infrastructure Engineer. Since joining the company he has fulfilled several roles ranging from Application Support, Solution Architect and Development Manager driving forward technology growth and cloud adoption.
International Customer Success Manager
Bill has over 30 years' experience leading sales, client management and service delivery teams globally. His teams deliver and support our cloud-based solutions globally. He takes great pride in owning the executive relationship with SMB and Enterprise accounts and is responsible for their success.
Bill held many leadership positions during his long career at Pitney Bowes, a global leader in mailing, shipping, and e-commerce. He led highly successful sales and service delivery teams globally implementing and supporting software solutions. Bill holds a BA in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata University, Pa. and MBA from St Joseph's University, Pa.
Business Services Manager
Employed in the print and mail-house sector for over 30 years, Tim is experienced in all facets of business and services management including sales, operations, marketing and executive management. He has worked across both multi-national and local businesses and established a reputation for his successful transformational change and acquisitions management.
Tim led the establishment of mail and digital services for the Moore Corporation as well as acquisitions such as Response Direct Marketing and Security Print, and a merger with Gallagher Mailing Services.
He also managed outsourcing projects – the TBMO for Telecom, and referendum processing for the Chief Electoral Office. Plus, consulted in mail-house and digital services in Australia.
Customer Experience Manager
From an apprenticeship at Moore Business Forms in 1995, after almost 10 years Hamish was a top grade printer. At Leigh Mardon he widened his skills to include different forms of printing, security issues and requirements, and production management.
When Hamish joined Solution Dynamics in 2013, he brought extensive mail-house and print production experience, and now manages a team skilled in all areas of SDL production, including warehousing and logistics.
Jeff possesses proven and diverse business development and operational management success over a 25-year period in Financial Services, Motor Vehicle Retailing (Digital Focused), Business Process Outsourcing, Information Technology – Software, Office Products and Manufacturing Technology. His success has come from providing innovation, thought leadership, and leading from the front action coupled with an ability to create long standing relationships to achieve sustainable business success.
In this industry, he started his career in sales with Pitney Bowes and ended his tenure there running its NZ business. He then moved to Datamail (a division of NZ Post) and was its Northern Region Sales & Service Manager and led its business development function nationally. After time away from the industry, he then bought into Dataprint and transformed this business from a fledgling marginal player into becoming a significant force in the industry. This business enjoyed rapid growth, developed a range of well consumed digital solutions aimed at the corporate sector, and was successfully sold to NZX listed Freightways.
Commercial Business Director - Solution Dynamics Inc.
Sean Johnson joined Solution Dynamics in 2020 as the Commercial Business Director for North America. With over 20 years in leadership roles and successful experience in creating, developing and building foundations in companies. Sean's passion and desire to succeed brings a unique perspective to the organization.
His previous roles included Senior Director of Sales Operations with startup, Stay Alfred. Prior to this role, Sean was with Pitney Bowes where he held many Director level positions in Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Relations.
Sean has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University and is currently based in Spokane, Washington.
DTP US Operations
Gordon has over 30 years experience in the print and digital Business Communications Industry, helping companies develop and execute effective production and global distribution programs. Gordon has held various Senior Management positions at CGI International, ADP, DG3, Standard Register and DTP.
Working with clients ranging from SMB to Fortune 500’s, Gordon has utilized his expertise in technology, production and supply chain to optimize client’s document communication process.
